The Simple Steps to Finding Your Dream Spa
The team at Lifestyle Outdoor aims to make the process of purchasing and installing a hot tub, sauna or swim spa simple and enjoyable.
1. Find the right spa for your lifestyle and budget
We feature all of our models online so you can easily begin browsing hot tubs and swim spas. Then you can visit one of the Lifestyle Outdoor locations to get a better feel for the brands, sizes, colors, and features. One of our sales associates will educate you on the various models, answer any of your questions, and guide you to a hot tub or swim spa that is ideal for your lifestyle and budget.
2. Your spa will be custom built by the manufacturer
After you select the model, colors, and special features you’d like, we will send your specifications to the manufacturer to be built. All of the spas are made to order, which usually takes between two and three weeks. When it is ready and has passed all quality checks, our team will pick it up and bring it back to our warehouse.
3. Determine where the spa will be located at your home
If necessary, one of our friendly staff can travel to your home to assess your home space and help you find the ideal location for your new spa, which can be indoors or outdoors. In order to deliver your spa, your fence or doorways simply need to be a one or two inch wider than each side of your spa. If you don’t have that type of access, don’t worry! We can use additional equipment to make sure you have the spa installation of your dreams.
4. Our professionals will prepare necessary electrical and foundation components
The two main things you need to safely enjoy your spa are the proper electrical wiring and a solid foundation for it to sit on such as a concrete slab, pavers, or pea gravel. After placing your order, we’ll recommend our preferred and trusted professional contractors to handle these components for you if necessary. We can assure you that these processes are simple and stress-free. Your home will be ready by the time your spa is built.
5. We’ll schedule a delivery time and install your new spa
Once your new spa is in our possession, we’ll call you to schedule a time to deliver it. With our white glove delivery service, two or three of our team members will bring your hot tub to its new location in your backyard or home and install it for you, which only takes about an hour. All you have to do is sit back and relax! If you have any questions after installation, we’re always just around the corner to help you.
