I was in the market for a new hot tub and went to 5 different showrooms in the greater LA area. Lifestyle Outdoor in Pasadena was hands down by far the best of all the experiences. I walked out of every other showroom more confused about what I wanted and with a feeling that I was being sold something that they wanted to move. However, Isaac Arroyo at Lifestyle in Pasadena was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. He didn’t try to sell me anything. He was patient and informative and calm and really tried to find the right tub for me. He asked lots of questions and patiently answered every question I threw at him. He even suggested a few options that were well under what I told him I wanted to spend based on my situation and needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
