I called Lifestyle Outdoor last May in the middle of the pandemic to buy a hot tub and my salesperson, Tony, was a gem! Since I did not want to do in-store shopping then, I could only look at the models online. Tony was very knowledgeable and really helped me to make the perfect decision. I settled on a Hot Springs Jetsetter Hot Tub and purchased it completely on the phone and email. That was a Tuesday and the hot tub was delivered to my house on Thursday, 2 days later! My husband and I L-O-V-E our new hot tub! We use it at least 5 days a week if not every day! I highly recommend Tony and Lifestyle Outdoor.
