I had an amazing experience with Lifestyle Outdoor in Sherman Oaks. Just got my new hot tub installed a few weeks ago and everyone I dealt with was helpful, personable, and real. I worked with Lamonte who has an amazing personality and energy that got me excited to place my order- he also answered every question and expanded on each to OVER-inform me which is a sign of A+ service. In fact, I just got off the phone with him and he took about 30 minutes to chat with me and discuss some questions that I had about my new tub. We had a great chat and I feel very taken care of (we shared a few chuckles as well). Still, a lot to learn about hot tub ownership haha but he made it seem a lot easier. Overall, very happy I went to Lifestyle to take this journey into hot tub land, it’s been very positive. Thanks, ya’ll.
