Buying our hot tub from Lifestyle Outdoor in Culver City was a great experience. Tony answered all of our questions, and even though we kept asking things and emailing and stopping by several times while deciding what to do, he was very patient and helpful! He even reached out to us when the hot tub we wanted (which was out of stock) suddenly became available 3 months early. The delivery was easy to schedule and the delivery persons were very friendly. I wanted to shop local so that I have piece of mind in case I need something addressed and this was a great choice for that!
